FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

Who is my primary point of contact for financial planning?

Your primary contact is your dedicated financial advisor/lead planner, who understands your unique financial situation and goals.

Will I work with other team members?

Yes. While your primary advisor handles complex planning, you may also interact with our service team for administrative items such as money movement requests, paperwork processing, or scheduling. Our team collaborates to ensure your needs are met promptly.

What is the best way to reach my advisor for a quick question?

For simple, quick questions, email is often the most efficient method. For more complex or personal matters, we recommend scheduling a phone call or an in-person/virtual meeting to ensure a focused discussion.

*Due to regulatory concerns, texting is only permitted for administrative purposes. You may text for issues such as scheduling a meeting or asking us to call you. However, we are unable to respond to texts regarding non-administrative issues such as making trades, sending funds, or asking questions about your accounts or financial plans. For non-administrative issues, please email or call your advisory team.

Who should I contact if I need to update my personal info or move money between accounts?

Please contact Kiersten directly for all administrative requests, including updating contact details, processing account transfers, or general paperwork. She is best equipped to handle these tasks efficiently.

Who should I contact to schedule an appointment with my advisor?

Kiersten can help you schedule a phone or in-person appointment.

What if my question is about a specific service, like tax or estate planning?

Your primary financial advisor will coordinate all aspects of your financial plan, including tax strategies and estate planning discussions. They can also collaborate with other professionals, such as your accountant or estate attorney, to provide comprehensive advice.

How can I check my investment performance or access my account statements?

You can conveniently monitor your portfolio, view statements, and access trade confirmations and tax reporting documents through your secure online Client Access portal.

For questions on how to enroll, please contact Kiersten.
